Comments: Simple Basic Attack, single target
Skill - The Power of Cuteness
(Lv10) Provides an ally with a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 80% of March 7th's DEF plus 320 for 3 turn(s). If the ally's HP is 30% or higher, greatly increases the chance of enemies attacking that ally.
Comments: Shield and drawing aggro built into one skill and with E6 (See: Eidolons Section) is able to heal slightly.
Ultimate - Glacial Cascade
(Lv10) Deals Ice DMG equal to 150% of March 7th's ATK to all enemies. On hit, the enemy has a 50% base chance to be Frozen for 1 turn(s). While Frozen, the enemy cannot move and will take 50% of March 7th's ATK as Ice DoT at the start of each turn.
Comments: AOE Damage with chance of freeze
Talent - Girl Power
(Lv10) After a shielded ally is attacked by an enemy, March 7th immediately Counters, dealing Ice DMG equal to 100% of her ATK. This effect can be triggered 2 time(s) each turn.
Comments: Counter attack style with her talent and skill incentivizes players to build some ATK into March 7th builds
Technique - Freezing Beauty
(Lv1) Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, there is a 100% base chance to Freeze a random enemy for 1 turn(s). While Frozen, the enemy cannot move and will take Ice DMG equal to 50% of March 7th's ATK at the beginning of each turn.
Comments: Randomness can be avoided going into fights with only one enemy target, otherwise, better Techniques probably exist in your roster.

Every time her Ultimate Freezes a target, March 7th regenerates 10 Energy.
E3 - Memory of Everything
Ultimate +3 up to a maximum of Lv15. Basic ATK Lv +1 up to a maximum of Lv 10.
E4 - Don't Want to Lose
Upon entering battle grants a Shield equal to 50% of March 7th's DEF plus 200 to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 3 turn(s).
E5 - Don't Want to Forget
Skill +3 up to a maximum of Lv15. Basic ATK Lv +1 up to a maximum of Lv 10.
E6 - Just Like This, Always.
Allies under the protection of the Shield granted by the Skill restore HP equal to 6% of their Max HP plus 48 at the beginning of each turn.
Comments: E6 is interesting because it turns March 7th into a healer for the team as well.
